• As per Section 39 of the Dentists Act,1948 & Rule 40 (1) &(2) of Jammu & Kashmir State Dental Council Rules, 2004 , it is mandatory for every registered dentist to get his/her registration renewed annually between Ist January to 31st March of the subsequent year,.During the year the council has renewed registration of 2644 odd Dentists.
